Shipping & Returns
Our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently within New Zealand.
There is a maximum number of 6 tins per online order.
Goods ordered before 2 pm during business days will be dispatched the next business day.
Overnight (next business day) delivery for North Island orders.
All North Island delivery fees: $5 for 1-2 tins, $10 for 3-4 tins, $15 for 5-6 tins.
Two business day delivery for South Island orders.
All South Island delivery fees: $10 for 1-2 tins, $20 for 3-4 tins, $30 for 5-6 tins.
All orders sent by Aotearoa Nutrients have a unique tracking number. This will be sent to you at the time of dispatch, to the email address you have listed with us.
We will also notify you of updates to your order via the email address you have listed with us.
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact us at email@example.com
Customer privacy and security is important to us. The purchasing process includes a secure session within our shopping ‘Checkout’. There is a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the ‘Checkout’. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.
When you click the ‘Place Order’ button, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 128-bit encryption standard.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Aotearoa Nutrients would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason the goods are not what you ordered, damaged, not the right quantity, or you are not happy with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the problem.
Estimated delivery times provided commence from the date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier. Our warehouse operates and dispatches orders Monday – Friday NZT (excluding Public Holidays), we endeavour to process every order as soon as possible though please allow for 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.
